Who is the Group Plan for?
The Group Plan is the right choice when:
- Two or more teachers at your school want Blooket Plus
- Your school or district’s purchasing process requires a Purchase Order — Group Plans accept POs; individual plans do not
- A department head, instructional coach, or administrator is coordinating the Blooket rollout across multiple classrooms.
- You want centralized management of who has Plus access without each teacher managing their own subscription.
Individual subscriptions remain the better choice for single teachers who want to upgrade independently and don’t need PO billing.

Group Plan pricing starts at approximately $550/year and scales based on the number of teacher seats included.

Per-teacher cost at group pricing is significantly lower than the individual Plus ($59.88/teacher/year) at most group sizes, making the Group Plan the financially logical choice for any school with five or more teachers who actively use Blooket.
Purchase Orders: Group Plans accept Purchase Orders, making them compatible with school district procurement processes. Blooket generates a quote and sends a final invoice against your PO.

How to Purchase a Group Plan?
- Step 1: Log in to the Blooket account of the teacher who will serve as Group Admin — the account responsible for managing the plan
- Step 2: Navigate to Settings (profile icon → Settings)
- Step 3: Under “Plan,” click “Upgrade Now!”
- Step 4: On the plan options page, select “Group Pricing” (below the individual plan options)
- Step 5: On the Group pricing page, select the number of teacher seats you need and choose your billing method (credit card, PayPal, or request a PO quote)
- Step 6: Complete payment or submit your PO request
After purchase, the Group Admin account has access to the Group Plan tab in the left navigation sidebar (purple navigation bar).
What are the Group Admin Controls?
The Group Admin account manages all aspects of the Group Plan:
- Invite new members — Generate and share the invite link
- View current members — See who has joined under the plan
- Remove members — Remove teachers who have left the school or no longer need Plus
- Renew the plan — Initiate annual renewal
- Edit plan settings — Adjust seat count or billing method
Critical note: The Group Admin does not automatically receive Plus benefits by purchasing the Group Plan. The Admin must explicitly click “Join the Group” from the Group Plan tab to activate Plus features on their own account. If this step is skipped, the Admin is managing Plus for others without having Plus themselves.

The Admin Experience: Group Plan Tab
After purchasing, the Group Plan tab becomes visible in the purple left navigation sidebar. This is your Group Plan management hub. From here:
- Manage Members tab (default): Lists all current Plus members. Shows who has joined, when they joined, and provides the Renew Plan button.
- Settings tab: Contains billing settings, seat count, and the Edit Renewal option for changing your plan at renewal time.
For Group Plans paid via Purchase Order, the Settings tab also provides PO submission instructions for renewal.
Accessing Reports as Group Admin
Blooket provides Group Admins with access to usage data across all group members — not just individual game reports, but platform-wide engagement metrics for the group.
